Inner Presence
बहिरन्तश्च भूतानामचरं चरमेव च। सूक्ष्मत्वात्तदविज्ञेयं दूरस्थं चान्तिके च तत्॥
What does Bhagavad Gita 13.16 mean?
That Supreme is within and outside all beings. Being subtle, it is difficult to understand, yet though very far away, it is also nearest to us.
How can I apply Gita 13.16 in daily life?
We need not go anywhere far to search for God. He is present in our every thought, every breath, and every feeling. This realization never lets us feel truly alone.
Krishna's teaching
Krishna says that the Supreme is the very foundation of all creation and of our own existence. Pervading every being and every object, He remains the sustainer and support of all.
Affirmation
The Supreme is never far from me; He is with me in my every breath, every moment, and every circumstance of life. Especially in difficult times, when I feel helpless or weak, I experience His presence, strength, and support within myself.
