Hidden Truth
अव्यक्तोऽयमचिन्त्योऽयमविकार्योऽयमुच्यते। तस्मादेवं विदित्वैनं नानुशोचितुमर्हसि॥
What does Bhagavad Gita 2.25 mean?
The soul is unmanifest, inconceivable, and unchanging. Knowing this, you should not grieve.
How can I apply Gita 2.25 in daily life?
We often believe only what we can see is real. But life's greatest truth, the soul, is hidden. When we connect with that which never changes, the ups and downs of the world can no longer disturb us so deeply.
Krishna's teaching
By explaining the indestructible nature of the soul, Krishna wants to remove Arjuna's grief and delusion, so he can see his duty with the right vision.
Affirmation
The unshakable truth is that the soul never dies; only the body comes to an end. So instead of drowning in grief over someone's death, I will carry forward the lessons and inspiration from their life and keep moving ahead.
