Inner Balance

योगस्थः कुरु कर्माणि सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा धनञ्जय। सिद्ध्यसिद्ध्योः समो भूत्वा समत्वं योग उच्यते॥

What does Bhagavad Gita 2.48 mean?

Perform action established in yoga, having given up attachment, remaining the same in success and failure. This equanimity is called yoga.

How can I apply Gita 2.48 in daily life?

We often become overjoyed in victory and deeply saddened in defeat. This verse teaches us a steadiness where outer outcomes cannot break us. A balanced mind is itself the greatest yoga.

Krishna's teaching

Krishna explains that the completeness of an action lies not in its success, but in the peace of mind of the one performing it.

Affirmation

My mind is like a calm lake, where the waves of success and failure simply dissolve.
